I take tons of medicine a day due to a chronic illness; therefore, I did a lot of comparing before making my purchase. I have used other types of these before so I knew exactly what I wanted. In terms of size, ease of use and organization, this one is the best monthly pill organizer out there. Hands down. Each day is small enough to stick in my purse or desk drawer and the individual pill slots hold so many pills (I have 14 pills in 1 slot with a little room to spare). Plus my purchase included a B1G1 offer, to which the seller was extremely prompt to responding to my order via email and sent a second one within only a few days of my request. Both were double boxed for shipping.My only complaint is that they do not include enough day of the week stickers to label each box, which just doesn’t make any sense to me. I’m OCD so that’s just something that would drive me crazy. But also because this is needed to help manage something so important, it really is needed in order to help me stay organized and note important info related to my meds each day. But because I got the second set for free, I was able to use the set of stickers from the free order to finish labeling all of the boxes. (I’m giving the second set away to a family member who didn’t want the stickers for their set). Not a deal breaker but something I would recommend the company adjust for future customers.Overall, this is exactly what I needed to help manage an otherwise very demanding aspect of my life. I've gone through a LOT of pill organizers as I can never find one that I can tolerate keeping up with. But let me tell you, this organizer is great! I love that I can go ahead and pop out a full months worth of meds at a time but each day's case is individual so I can take them with me when necessary That doesn't mean they're loose though. Once you pop the case into the stand, they're sturdy and locked in place, so there's no worry about spills. I'm in love with this product and will recommend it in the future. Read more

As the photo shows, this pill organizer is quite a bit larger than my previous one that I used for a couple of years... in some ways that's a good thing... it holds more/bigger pills especially. But it does take up a LOT of room as well, not great for someone with very tight spaces. I love that the containers open SO much easier... and I love that I can fill it quicker and easier. My old organizer took me at least 30-40 mins to fill a whole month... this new one takes me about 10-15 mins max! My only other minor complaint that I have to get used to... when holding one day's container in my hand, I'm used to the AM being on the left and PM on the right... but this one is opposite, so I have to really remember not to take the wrong set of pills at the wrong time each day... but that will get easier with time and repeated usage. I kinda preferred the numbers being printed directly on the cases on my old one, but the stickers work too... just hoping they don't start peeling off in just a few months though. One good thing about having stickers, is I rotated the containers differently than the manufacturer had them... to me they just slide in and out easier when turned facing sideways, so I made sure to do my stickers after I determined the way they would face.I do think they could make the whole unit just a little bit smaller, using less plastic in between each compartment, thinner separators... but overall it's still a LOT better than my old one, mainly because I can fill it 3-4 times faster, because I can open AM & PM at the same time and the lids don't get in the way of each other. When I first purchased, a monthly pill organizer seemed awesome. It came with stickers to either label by the day of the week or by the day of the month. But then when I went to label them, I realized... there are 32 pill containers in 4 rows of 8. There are 7 days in a week. Therefore, if you want to label them with days of the week, you either have to ignore the 8th day of the row... (which would mean only 28 days) or you’d have SMTWTFSSMTWTFSSMTWTFSSMTWTFSSMTWwhich would be so confusing to me because to me, I was hoping the purpose of the rainbow colored boxes was for day recognition.So I used the day of the month stickers. I’ve finally found a decent twice a day meds box. Overall sturdiness is great, the daily boxes kinda click into the base so I don’t have to worry about them falling out of place. This come with day or date stickers to put on the boxes. I just put it into the plastic zip bag it came in for traveling. Like I said, the daily boxes stay put. The boxes are roomy enough for all my pills. I had Bariatric surgery 3 years ago, so I have a lot of morning vitamins I take. I’m so glad I bought this one. It is so much nicer and sturdier than the ones I’ve bought in the past from stores for my husband. Each compartment is big, for a size comparison, my husband takes 10 1/2 pills in the AM and 10 at night. They all fit in the compartments and there was leftover room. Would’ve posted with his meds in it but he wasn’t comfortable. I like how the days can separate, so if we have to go somewhere and won’t be back in time for night time meds we don’t have to wait until we get home I can just throw the day container in my purse and it doesn’t take up a lot of room and the latch part is snug so it doesn’t come open. Definitely an improvement from the one we had that was a weekly one all connected. I’d definitely recommend this one for sure. I got these to manage all the supplements my boyfriend and I were prescribed. We use the morning/night feature to differentiate our doses. These are the perfect size and the hinge is really well made. and there are a couple extra, so if we're in different places, we can still take one with us. The stickers that come with it allow you to number the containers or Day label them. I was able to remove and reaffix them if I needed to, during application. Would recommend. Read more
