I should have looked at this more carefully and measured my chair seat before buying. The cushion itself is very well made, I wish it had worked for us. In my opinion, the cushion is very small and and I think if it fits your chair seat perfectly or without must margin around it, it's safe. For my chair it had a wide margin around it and I was afraid my granddaughter would get fidgety and fall off. I wasn't comfortable with it at all. In the stock photo that is a very small chair. I needed this for my 4 year old to eat at the table and do homework. It's okay for my immediate needs. The design is nice. The straps just aren't long enough for average dining chairs. I had to put them under the cushion in order to be able to pin them under the seat...couldn't tie them. It also does not fit the width of the seat. Read more

This works well for my table. Purchased other booster seats but they all were too bulky for my chairs and table. They didn’t allow for space for the child’s legs to fit under. But this worked out great and my grandson is thrilled to sit at the big table and join in the family. We purchased this for my son a few years ago, and I was actually sorry to see it go last week (he can now use a grown-up seat cushion). This booster lasted for years, and my son told me that it was comfortable. The foam never lost its support, and it washed beautifully in our machine. These are great booster seats! We were using another type of booster with a much harder foam seat and no cover. Needless to say, it was pretty gross with food stains, etc. after a while with no good way to clean it other than wiping it off. More importantly, our son began complaining about it being uncomfortable and no longer wanted to use it. So we found and ordered these and the kids both love them. They are comfy, but not too soft, and the removable cover is very nice for easy washing. Plus, I had to contact the seller for something and had a very nice interaction with them. Highly recommend! I like the color and relatively simple pattern (though would have preferred solid brown.) The height is just a little short so my two-year-old still sits rather low to the table. (I could have figured this out from the measurements.) My main complaint is that the straps are not adjustable clips or even velcro — they require you to tie knots. That means they'll be hard to take off in the event of a potty training accident or food spill. They are also hard to make very tight. I still like that this option was more affordable than some of the plastic boosters. It would also not cause scratches to our chair. Read more
