This herbal combination is usually taken for its effects on Blood Sugar & metabolism. That why I started taking it and was able to get my blood glucose readings back withing normal limits by adding a little exercise. What I did t discover until later is that it helps with immune system and to fight infections. Could be coincidence, but after taking it for about 6 months my IGG sun-class immune globulin levels are higher than they have been in 12 years - back into the low normal range for the first time in 12 years! So it's going to help with my Immune System deficiency AND my insulin resistance and diabetes. Nice. Capsules are a little large for me and the powder tastes quite bitter, bit it is tolerable added to applesauce. Will update as I see benefits or side effects.
