A couple of days after I started taking these I noticed how much energy I had. I take one in the morning with my breakfast and one at night, and they really have helped with lowering my blood pressure also. Since I have been taking these about three weeks now, my blood pressure has stayed around the normal rate. I also have tons more energy and do not feel tired during the evening after taking it. There is no after flavor with it and it doesn't upset my stomach or digestive system in the slightest. I recommend these to anyone who whether they like beetroot or not. Read more
I take 2 capsules a day. Before I started I was creeping into high blood pressure at 60 + years of age. After a month of this I consistently run about 120/70 or less. This does not mean it'll be the same for everyone but it's been helpful for me. Read more

This has zero side effects and totally works. My 80 yr old dad was able to get off BP meds per his dr after being on Beet Root 2caps morning and 2 caps evening. He also fixed his thyroid n now he is only on 2 caps morning. Warning... if you have candida fungal overgrowth or corn allergy Pullulan is a stinky ingredient n not good for those conditions. I took this and got hives. My moms feet swelled. How do I know it’s the beet root veggie caps? We took it two days and had allergic symptoms both days, realized this product was the cause since it was the new addition to our normal diet. I read the label and saw that it is manufactured in a GMP facility with several by products. I have allergies and thought this was from pure beets. There are additives. Read more
