After taking one tablet I had extreme pain in my abdomen to the point where it was hard to even move for 2 hours. Like it was not a normal stomach ache at all. I think the amount in each tablet of zinc may be too much to ingest. Dont buy and especially dont give to children, as I experienced this as an adult so I have no idea what it would be like for a smaller body. Read more
