Every time you wind or unwind your hair, it shuts off or changes the temp because the on/off and temp buttons are too close and placed where your hand has to go to comfortably maneuver the iron. The half inch hair clamp where you place your hair to start the spiral, has a gap and your hair falls out so you have to hold your hair in place as you wind the iron up to curl your hair which causes you to burn your arm if your not careful. This product was obviously marketed in China and shipped directly from China. It was supposed to delivered as Prime 2-day shipping, but it actually took almost a month to arrive. It is not the "Yunai" brand, but was packaged under "Scenix" brand. Since neither one is a recognized brand, it didn't much matter. It is the same curling iron as pictured. Given that info, $30 seems a little pricey when there are similar, cheaper products.I've only starting using it, but the quality seems good. I had no initial problems with the digital display which is a nice feature. The instructions suggest different settings for different hair types. I have fine hair, so the low setting is suggested. However, the instructions don't tell you what temperature constitutes "low." The display defaults to 180 degrees and moves up or down incrementally. A minor issue, the product is otherwise fine.NOTE: the product is listed as Prime, but it doesn't ship in two days and doesn't have free returns. You will have to pay for return shipping. To be fair, the seller cannot re-sell the item again as a new product and takes a loss. Read more

I bought this product at the end of January. It did not come with a glove. The electrical did not work at times unless you pressed the on button more than once. Then it stopped working completely. My husband took it apart and said that the connection was not in line with the on button. I want to return this and get a replacement that works . Thank you Read more

First time using this the cord doesn't swivel so it wraps all up and the plug pulls out of the wall.The on/off button is right under your fingers so when your twisting the wand, you turn it off.Poor design and quality! Read more
