Tbh I didn't notice a huge difference until last weekend when I was at my nieces birthday party. I did notice my hair was a lot stronger and was growing alot faster. I hadnt seen my family since xmas. I have been taking these collagen supplements since late February. My sister thought my ponytail was a weave at first. And alot of other people noticed too and were commenting how thick my hair is. As a reference, my hair is blonde and is really fine. It is still fine, I just have a ton of it now. I do want to address some things I saw in the reviews here. I cannot stress enough how important it is to take these in a empty stomach. If you take these with food you might as well not be taking them at all. It's a waste to take these with food. I didnt want to write a review until I had taken a good amount of time to really get these in my system. So I have been through 3 bottles now and I must say I am pretty happy with what I am seeing.I am a female around 40 with some signs of aging that we all experience. Large pores, wrinkles, aging skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.. Its not severe by any means but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen, and I like the fact that this is type 1 2 & 3 . I dont like taking more pills than I need to so this has them all in one. :)I didnt see anything the first bottle, and really didnt noticed anything at all. I guess i really wasnt paying attention either, but by the middle of the second bottle I actually looked in the mirror and said hmm I think my forehead looks seriously smooth today. I am 33 and have recently moved to a very dry area, Colorado, where my eczema fair ups have gotten worse. I have been using this product for 6 months & I absolutely LOVE IT! I suffer from eczema & I noticed how good my skin looks with a proper diet. Good effect for my bones, in the begging I were taking only by half of dose per day (3 pieces) I lightly chew them before swallowing with a full cup of water, felt good but not enough, so later decided to take 3 pieces morning and 3 pieces bh evening and miracle happen, forgot about the pain, I will repeat the treatment.
