Read the multiple reviews on the app store - mostly poor - wish I had read them before spending my money.When it did work, the app crashed every single time.It did sync with WW account for 2 1/2 weeks - so that was nice but now, scale works as a scale but no longer connects to app. I am left with a plain digital scale that is priced way too high if the function you bought it to perform does not work. Do not buy. This thing has been nothing but problems for me. First hour with it trying to sync it's Bluetooth to my Galaxy s6 to later find that they have problems with my device and the recommended work around doesn't exist anymore if your phone is up to date. It works as a basic digital scale. On my unit and with my body, at least, *none* of the other features are usable. The scale shuts off before it can pair successfully with my phone. If I stand there periodically tapping it to keep it awake, sometimes it will eventually pair, but not reliably, and it takes far longer than just manually transcribing numbers. None of the body composition features work for me; the scale says "----" for a while and then eventually says "Err". It’s also inconveniently heavy, although I wouldn’t mind that if it actually worked as advertised. Next time I'll just get a cheap digital scale from the drugstore. Read more

Bought this scale at the end of October because of its bluetooth capabilities and Conair products have been great in the past. Not this time! The scale worked perfectly until it started giving and Error code and shutting down in less then a month. I have been try I'll to contact Conair for 2 weeks now without avail of actual help. I called the 800 number on the box, they gave me another 800 number to call with an extension that is not set up. Still no answers even after calling back to say the number doesn't work.I even went as far as to email customer service about my disappointment in the lack of customer service a week ago. I bought this so I can easily track my weight loss with weight watchers. I read review after review after review after review after review after review saying that it would work fine for a few weeks and then quit syncing. I've bought a lot of things from Amazon and feel a lot of times, reviewers go overboard. I mean, it couldn't be that bad, could it? The answer is yes. It can be that bad. I bought this a few weeks ago, walked through the process, and synced fine. No issues with syncing with Weight Watchers. Everything was happy. Then starting a few days ago, it wouldn't sync right. It would take forever, sync, but never actually complete the sync. But it completed, so no biggie. Today I went to weigh in and had the same issue. I'm smart- I am a tech guy. So the first thing you always try is removing the app and reinstalling. I did that and now it just goes to a blue circle and eventually a blue screen. That's it. Nothing more. Exactly what reviewer after reviewer after reviewer had said. I had hoped to be different. I had hoped it would work. If you are buying this for the easy connectivity of the app, DO NOT BUY IT. The scale is nice enough and you can definitely see the numbers clearly. My beef is that I cannot get the silly thing to pair with my phone, kindle or anything with Bluetooth. The scale won't stay on long enough to connect. It either says it can't find the device or some other connection error that I can't think of right now. I have read the instructions and other reviews, but to no avail. I even reached out to customer service, but no answer. So now the return window has passed and I am stuck with a pretty scale that won't do what I purchased it for, which was to track everything as well as my weight. Read more

This is a great scale and so much better than the higher priced bluetooth scales that never would connect to my internet. This one works flawlessly. Although, I still can't figure out how to connect the the WW App. The WW Scale App works perfectly. I bought it on sale from Amazon, and no one has been able to beat their price. Don't buy this scale. It doesn't connect to Weight Watchers Canada accounts.Customer service phone number just dumps to a personal voicemail. No response from customer service email.I'm very disappointed that WW would allow their name to be used on this product. The scale never worked properly and Conair fails to respond to customers. Almost immediately, segments of the liquid crystal display went blank making it near impossible to read your weight. Then the Bluetooth feature stopped working. Finally, the scale's calibration is completely wonky and my weight can go up or down by as much as 10 lbs within seconds. (I step on the scale and get a weight then step off, reset and step back on to see a 10 pound difference!) The Conair warranty office has been closed because of Covid (okay, I get it), but their web page encourages people to send email. They simply do not answer... I've tried to install the Android App, looks like you need to be a member of Weight Watchers for this scale to work. The so called BMI and fat % isn't actually sensed by the scale, it's just a calculation the scale does. Essentially, just like any other non-bluetooth scale you can get, unless you have a WeightWatchers membership.... Glad I bought it on Amazon, because it's going right back immediately.
