Nice scale, BUT, have to have your phone on, app open, connect button pushed, scale on for the thing to sync to your WW app. Will not weigh and store then sync later. I love the scale. The batteries did need to be replaced almost right after I received it. Also, I don't know if this is a defect but the first user has disappeared as an option and when I step on the scale the weight only flashes for about a half a second before it starts to read all the other info off. It did not do this when I first purchased but after about 8 weeks started to. Now I have to watch it very carefully to see very quickly what my weight is which is a little frustrating. But the scale is accurate and never has any problem linking to my phone. Read more

The scale Is great I thought at first when I Set it up but it takes forever to read the other data and when it finally does gives you the error message. The app is awful. Doesn’t sync with the WW app. I tried turning the phone off and on, also removing the app and reinstalling it and now doesn’t work after I authorized to sync with WW. We have had this scale since mid April, it has only connected to Bluetooth 4 times, 2 for me and 2 for my husband, but the connect took a bunch of tries to connect and is very frustrating.. we have moved the scale from the bathroom to the rec room and it connected to the router in there, but only once and took many tires..For what the scale costs this is highly unacceptable. I called the phone number it gives if you cannot connect and you get a persons voice mail and no one ever calls you back with any kind of help.I guess it takes a computer genius to use a simple scale to get weighed and connect to a computer. I joined Weight Watchers and was excited when I found out they had a scale that would sync to the WW app! I have tried multiple times to connect the two even with holding my phone directly over the scale and it won't connect. I have wireless headphones and my car set up perfectly fine so I am leaning towards thinking the issue is the scale.I will keep it because I needed a new scale but I must say it not working the way it is sold to work is so very disappointing and being that it is an actual WW branded scale is even more of a disappointment. Bought it Feb. 10th, 2019... Very unreliable... There is no way that I can gain (or loose) 3 or 4 lbs from one day to the next. Ever since I got this scale it has never being accurate. This product is a total disappointment. I had an older Conair body weight scale and it was excellent but this one is looks prettier but my experience is that it does not connect, the app does not work and it only really works for a manual body weight measurement. I actually really surprise Weight Watcher would attach their name to this. Read more
