I bought these for my 16 month old daughter. Socks come off her feet easily because she has very short legs and especially short/non existing ankles (She is petite). What attracted me to these socks were the little extra snug stitching around the ankle (I thoroughly they'd help keep the socks on better). First of all, my daughter has been walking since a year old and is very active, runs, climbs, and rolls around for fun. These sick fit better once I washed and dried them to shrink. She still has room to grow in then but still, we have the same problem with them falling off (not as much as regular socks) as well has then twisting around because th socks doesn't fit her fit snug enough. Anyhow, they stay on a lot better than regular socks so we plan to keep them. Wish I had the nerve to buy the Robeez socks but at $10-$15 for a set of 3, forget it! Love the anti slip socks for my toddler. She is 2 years old and has a small foot size 4-5 for toddlers, but they fit her good and will still fit for awhile if she goes 1-2 shoe sizes up, as they are stretchable socks. Ohmygosh, this is one of my fave purchases for my granddaughter. We have wood floors, so needed socks with some traction to prevent slipping. I especially like the longer length of the leg, as shorter socks slip off her little feet so easily while playing. Super cute, super soft, super comfy. The skid-proof bottom is why I purchased these in the first place. Upon browsing, I did notice they are higher in price than a pack of socks you could buy at, say, Target. However, when comparing them to my daughters smattering of Circo $1.00 non-skid socks, they are totally worth the cost. Two year olds can walk and run, but they can also fall. Friends of ours have had kids in the ER because of slipping on tile floors. These socks fit great inside shoes (the skid-proof bottom is not too thick) and also the opening is not too tight on her legs (can be a problem with some socks). One thing I forgot to mention is my daughter wears a size 7 shoe. I would say that anyone with a toddler shoe size 6 to 8 would fit these nicely. I got these for my two-year-old and he loves the animals on the socks. We got them for him because we have hardwood floors and he seems to slip on them with other socks. These have groupies that are quite sticky and they prevent him from falling down and he can run around like he wants to. I recommend these in maybe buying more in the future as he grows out of these. Love these socks! My 15 month old needed some great non slip socks and these did the trick. She wears a size 4 almost a size 5 toddler shoe and these socks seem like we have some room to grow and they fit perfect right now. Loved that I was able to find nonskid socks that my Lo could actually wear around the house w/o slipping because we have hardwood floors. My Lo slipped a few times w/ the ones we had that had a few nonskid writing at the bottom of the socks. These are so much better.
