My 12 month old has fun with these toys. We like to read the book, but these toys are fun on their own. She likes to bite them and carry them around. It’s nice that the fruits do different things like rattle, crinkle, or squeak. As other reviews said, make sure you carefully cut all the plastic things that hold it together when it arrives. Put in and dump toys are great for 6-18 months. Each of the hand sized items had a different texture or made a different sound (crinkle, rattle, etc.) Great as a gift paired with Very Hungry Caterpillar book. Little Man loved it!!! Read more
Perfect for any child who loves the very hungry caterpillar. My son is 2 and he loves the book and I got this as a random gift for him and he loves it. One of the fruits rattles, one has bumps, one is crinkly. It comes with the fruits that the caterpillar eats through but not the cake, ice cream, cheese etc. Read more
My 10 mos. old granddaughter absolutely loves this toy. We play with it for a long time every day and I have a lot of toys for her to choose from here! The fruit are soft and some are crinkly, some squeak, and some rattle. She almost always has one in her mouth or holding one while she's crawling around.
