I genuinely disregarded the need for a diaper wipe warmer when I was making my baby registry. I'm a first time mom and I didn't believe it was going to matter much if diaper wipes are warm or not, however, I soon found out otherwise. My newborn daughter screamed everytime we used a cold wipe during diaper change. It disrupted her sleep even and we'd spend many nights having to console her back to sleep. I love the sleek, modern design of the box and it's functionality. I do wish the cord was a tad bit longer though as I'm limited where I can place it around the room. It's got different digital temperature settings ranging from 45 degrees to 55, but we've never had to turn it on beyond 45 so far. We've yet to pull out a dry wipe and as long as you use it the way it suggest, you shouldn't either. This particular box has you keep the wipes in the original bag and feed them through a top slot. The instructions say to not leave wipe warmer on all day, to only turn on an hour before use. Unfortunately, my 3 month old infant does not give me an hours’ notice, before she soils her diaper.I tried to just leave the warmer on anyways, but it shuts off after an hour. This review is for the Grownsy parents best helper wipe warmer. Let me start by saying I've almost (short of two) bought every warmer on Amazon (sorry Amazon). They are all flawed in some way or another. I look for a few things when trying to find the "ideal" wipe warmer. 1. ONE HANDED push button door flip. 2. A wire that doesn't stick out of the top of the thing. 3. Temp control (that ACTUALLY works) 4. A warmer that warms most or ALL of the wipes (not a few at the top or some on the bottom). 5. Something not AWFUL to look at. All the other flaws I can deal with, but the things I've listed i would think should be the basic fundamentals of even a half decent warmer. None I've bought even have 2 of these things. You would think a flip top door that actually works (and stays working without failure)would be easy to do. Apparently it's too much to ask for in the world of warmers. So on to the review of this warmer. This one has top warming with two big rubber bands your suppose to put your warmers in that holds it(way too tightly) to the lid. Then you grab a wipe and it just rips into tiny peices due to it being pressed so tightly against the lid. (Horrible design) then you put them normally into the holder, nope, only the top one gets warm...and only if you have a full stack in it. Temp control goes to 55C. Best I laser temped it was 41C. By the time it reaches the baby's bum...ice cold. Wire sticks out of the top. The flip top lid half way worked...until it didn't. Can 1 of these companies just hire someone (or me) to do their R&D...or anyone who actually changes diapers. Good luck out there finding the perfect warmer...I have not. Read more

UPDATE: I contacted the company through Facebook and they worked with us towards a resolution which is to send us a new product. We may have had a problem with the wipe warmer but they were very quick to resolve the issue. We do love the warmer and I would recommend it to others based on the great customer service they have provided.I purchased this for my daughter's shower in August and the baby came Labor Day weekend which is when she started using the wipe warmer. One of the hinges has already broken on the flap to pull out a wipe. The flap is still usable but never closes properly so extra caution has to be taken so that the top of the next wipe doesn't dry out because the door didn't close properly. Read more

I bought this to go with some other items to help me with my bottle baby kittens. Since they are learning to use the bathroom on their own, they end up peeing all over themselves and needing a bath. With this wipe warmer, it's so much easier to just wipe them down without freezing them with a cold wipe. Also, the directions say that you should turn it on an hour before use, but honestly... I turn it on about 20-30 minutes before use and it works just fine... Additionally, when I leave it on overnight because I forget to turn it off, it doesn't get too hot when I go to use the wipes in the morning, nor does it dry the wipes out. It's just not worth it. So you take your wrapped wipes and you put them inside the rubberbanded lid because the lid is where the heat is. First time I tried it with the wrapped wipes they were try in a day by leaving the heat on a low setting. Thought I would try them out of the packaging and still in the rubber band, all dry and all the moisture was in the bottom, so I said well I'll put the wipes in the moisture to use them again and set them in the bottom this times, then you couldn't reach them. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I keep trying and trying as it's the only wipe warmer I have but I'm going to donate it and find one that actually does it's job. Just curious, who in their right mind would want to turn it on 30 minutes prior to needing, as if you are planning your childs pees and poops. I'm not gonna run to the wipe warmer and say well he will probably pee or poop in the next 30 minutes, let me get it ready. And then what if they don't? Do I turn it off. This was a gift for someone. The review is their feedback.The unit was quickly delivered and reached before the expected due. It looks nice, the temperature buttons and LED are good and the wipes came out warm.The flip side is that the wipe dry out if the unit is left on through out the day. An option is to turn it on atleast 30 mins prior to use, which defeats the purpose. So they've choose not to use it!We are disappointed as the advert said that it avoids the wipes drying out, which is not the case. I would've given it 5 star if the wipes stayed moist and warm!
