Love this shampoo and conditioner! It's the only product that works for my itchy scalp with the mild psoriasis/eczema that I have. I had a couple of really irritated spots on my scalp that drove me crazy. Tried Head and Shoulders, tar shampoo, biotin shampoo, olive oil and honey treatments - nothing really worked until I found this. I haven't had to scratch my head in months!The shampoo has a wonderful consistency to it and lathers up really well for a sulfate-free product. You don't need to use a huge amount, either. It was a very light orange scent to it that I love. The conditioner is VERY thick - doesn't squeeze out of the bottle. I have to unscrew the cap and shake the bottle to get some out. But I don't mind - it's just as good as the shampoo. Same light scent, and makes my hair nice and soft. And I'm adding some water to the bottle to thin it out a bit as I use it. You never know what product will work for you, but this one is definitely worth a try. At the very least, you're getting a good shampoo and conditioner, even if it doesn't clear up your scalp condition. Read more
Headline sums it up.I bought this because I have sensitive scalp and fragile hair.Conditioner is very moisturizing and nourishing! Will buy the conditioner again if they sell it separately!However, be careful of the shampoo. It is overly harsh on hair while simultaneously being ineffective of removing gunk. It took me much longer and much more effort to remove product buildup from my scalp and I had many times where I'd step out the shower and my head would STINK. In addition to being a lousy cleaner, it STRIPS your hair of everything and it leaves it feeling like straw + breakage. It took me over a week to notice what was happening. Figured out it was the shampoo after process of elimination - stopped using this shampoo and my hair is starting to feel soft again. Read more
I love this product.....really cleans my hair without unnecessary ingredients that others have. I have noticed that I do not have to wash my hair as often without those chemicals that weigh it down. The only issue I have is the bottle....works great for the shampoo, however, the conditioner is very thick and creamy (which is a good thing) and the bottle is very difficult to squeeze to get it out....not easy for those with arthritis. I tried leaving the bottle sitting upside down but then it just oozes out around the cap so I can't win with that one. This being said, I still bought again. Read more
Im pretty disappointed with this product, considering the price point. The shampoo doesnt cleanse well, and leaves my hair feeling greasy and heavy. The conditioner provides some redemption, as it actually conditions without using silicones. But i would not purchase again. Read more
The Manuka Honey Shampoo has been so great for me! Postpartum hormonal shifts intensified my eczema and seborrheic dermatitis to the point my scalp burned after using other natural shampoos. I’ve had psoriasis for many years now which has mainly affected my scalp, more so in the winter. I received the Wild Naturals Manuka Honey Shampoo & Conditioner a couple of days ago. I have used it twice and have noticed a difference immediately. My hair is soft and shiny and is not stripped from the shampoo. I have my hair colored every 4 weeks and this shampoo and conditioner are very mild and has not been harmful to my colored hair.
