I’ve taken this for two months (1 capsule a day as directed) and I’ve noticed a reduction in my stress/anxiety/depression. I feel much more calm and balanced…and my heart rate doesn’t flutter or spike anymore. All in all I’m really impressed. I’ve tried different supplements before and had good results with just reishi mushroom so I thought I’d give this combo a try. I’m really glad I did. I take it in the morning with my breakfast and that’s that. Is it a cure all ? Probably not.
