I bought this for my daughter's room, not my own, and I'd let her review it, but she's 5, so she's not great at words yet.The light is bright, and that's cool, but it doesn't spin-- and that's NOT cool. I guess I thought it did? So maybe that's on me for not reading a bit more thoroughly.The volume is good, and has a nice range, and I like that there are plenty of sounds to choose from. I do question how many different variations we need of some of them, though. Like, one is a fireplace sound, and then there's just some other kind of fire sound, I think. (Bonfire? House fire?) There is also a noise that is just like, a man's loud sighing. That one is very weird. Who wants to listen to a bored guy while you're trying to sleep? Not my daughter.Anyway, not bad for the price. My daughter chose this for the light display, sound options (she wanted a campfire noise), and the pink color. There are a lot of sound options - some are unclear of what they are supposed to be and some are more creepy than relaxing. One sounds like a person breathing in a very like heavy, creepy way (I’ve watched too many scary movies I guess).The light projection is very unclear. The picture is of the flying unicorn, can’t tell huh? That is projected on the wall not even 6 ft from the projector. There is a good selection of color options and some flashing options. There is a white plastic film under the design film when it arrives that prevents it from projecting, if that’s your preference.The overall quality I feel is very poor. We have to prop something under the cord (hence the picture with the brush) for it to work. If the cord doesn’t have the upward pressure it turns off or doesn’t even work. The buttons don’t always work when pressed.Overall, my daughter (and myself) think this is just okay. She wishes she would’ve picked a different one. Our little ones were having problems going to sleep but this machine has helped immensely. Switching this from night light to a star projector is really easy. Just unscrew the top dome and either add the cover or remove it for either night light mode or projector mode. Adjusting the sounds is really easy too. The volume does have buttons that say volume and to adjust which sound, just push the arrow buttons. You're also able to change the color of the night light. Setting the timer is really and the button is located near the power button. You can either have this set for 30, 60 or 90. Once the timer goes off, sound and light turns off. On a full charge, we're able to get almost a weeks worth of use, depending on how long we have the timer and if the kids play with it. This has really been helpful when getting little ones to sleep and keeping them asleep. Read more

This white noise machine is absolutely amazing and a great value too!! I wanted to have a sound machine at the house for when my daughter and our new grandson visited over the holidays. We have a couple of dogs that have a tendency to get quite loud and I figured having the sound machine for white noise would help all the guest sleep a lot better!! My favorite sound out of all them is the sound of the running fan, but they have so many more to choose from!! Overall this IS a nice product. It has many sound and light functions to choose from. Sounds vary from white noise to trains to insects to water sounds. Lights are white/clear blue, red, and green. You can choose from all 4 colors, also doing color combos with the blue, red, and green even making them flash and stuff. It is pretty loud to be small. Its nice to have a multi charge port. My only complaint is the top where the pictures are is very flimsy or easy to remove. It doesn't come with a long charging cord. The lower to the ground the more the pics are spread on the ceiling and walls. Read more

not the best. I have 2 daughters, and I ended up putting it in my younger daughters room because she likes music over sound, where my older one likes sounds over music! I'm pretty disappointed that the unicorn didn't project on the ceiling or walls, nor, did it rotate. And the breathing sound is super creepy! It sounds like ghost face from the scream movies! I bought this for my sons but it ended up being just too stimulating instead of relaxing for them because of the lights and choice of sounds they wanted. After I took it from them, my husband I started using it for just the sound. We enjoyed it up until about 3 months og total use the sound judy stopped working completely and then the next day so did the lights. I'm not happy that it didn't last very long and now have to buy a new one. I would not purchase this again for this reason. Read more

Got this for my toddler. This machine comes with a nice variety of sounds and light patterns. Really like that it can run on electricity or battery. The battery is not included and is not a typical battery type (e.g., AA), but has not been an issue using the power cord. Only con is that the timer only works to shut off the sound, not the lights. The lights stay on until you turn them off manually. Overall a good product. Read more
