This powder is supposed to be the powder that has no flashblack during photos. It's supposed to give you that perfect, almost airbrushed photo finish. I'd say that this is the cheaper version of the Mac next to nothing face colour. Texture wise, the powder is light, similar to L'oreal's mineral powder. It's not necessarily designed for blotting up excess oil (but my skin is dry to normal, so I'm good with that). It's a lovely powder. If you're mac's deep dark with yellow undertones (for reference, I'm mac NC 47/50), it does work. It doesn't oxidize (it won't change colour with exposure to the air), and it doesn't feel heavy at all. That being said, the drawback is that you need to have a brush with relative 'teeth' to take up the product (if your brush is too smooth, like the cargo brush, you're not going to get the product on the brush).
