As someone who has stayed at many Westins around the world. THIS is NOT the signature scent. I have run into this issue with almost all of the Aeara scents. This one smells like bug spray which is also how their White tea scent smells. which leads me to believe this is just a repackaged version of that scent. I just need to give up with Aera, I have tried all of their scents and everyone of them is terrible. You are better off just buying the Scentair device if you want the true Westin Scent. Read more

I purchased Aeras $160 diffuser unit. Setup was difficult, after messing around with it for a while I finally got the diffuser to work. I was pretty underwhelmed with the product's performance. The fragrance did not distribute through the small room I purchased it for. I might also add the fragrance canister does not last long, even when used on the lower settings.To make matters worse when it came time to replace my diffuser I went to replace my fragrance canister and my diffuser unit did not work!!!!! This was after only one use! ONE!Called Aera they offered a replacement. Two-ish weeks later a replacement arrived. Took the unit out of the box went through the setup AND THE SECOND UNIT DID NOT WORK! Did not work AT ALL! Nothing! Zero!I called Aera again, this time reaching a rude representative for the company. I explained had now I have two nonoperational diffusers and they offered to send me another one. At this point, I refused a replacement and was told I would be issued a return.Well, here I am today. Called Aera again today because I have not received my refund, still have two non-operational Aera units and a bunch of fragrances I purchased that I’ll never be able to use.I’d like to add that today I also received reached a very rude representative from the company.Please think twice before investing in this very pricey product where the company has bad customer service and products that don’t work. The first day these were lovely, the scent was typical Weston White Tea. I have two units and ran these on low (2 light notches) for a few hours.
