While this cream did an OK (but not amazing) job of hydrating, the scent was overpowering for me. It was distracting. It smells like old ladies.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like heavily perfumed creams or who likes/needs a lot of hydration at night. Read more

I am a big fan of Weleda creams mostly due to the fact that they are very strict with the ingredients used. This rose night cream is perfect for a dry, sensitive skin. I use it mostly at night and wake up to a soft moisturized skin. In winter I use it under Pacifica CC cream. It can be a little bit rich, but you can always use facial tissue to remove any glow. Bought this stuff to combat extremely dry face skin. I have super sensitive skin on my face and this did not make me break out. Used in combination with the same day cream, it did pretty well as a face moisturizer, but when winter came, I was still dry. Went to the Weleda Almond products and have stuck with those ever since. But, I am so glad I found the Weleda products. They are mild on sensitive skin and if you can find the right combination, they are wonderful! This is a very moisturizing nightmare cream. It’s a bit on the “heavier” end. I have some Korean branded products that soak into the skin rather quickly while still being hydrating, but this one feels like it sits longer. I’m not sure if this means it would be better for dry/normal skin (I have combo skin) or if it would be better suited for me during the winter time (I live in a hot, humid climate). I do love it though and it has never made my skin break out. My face always feels nice and soft come the morning time. I also use it with the eye cream during my nightly routine. My only complaint is that I wish it came in larger quantities! I think this size would be fantastic for traveling, but for home use I would love them to come in larger less consumable sizes. This is a great product! My daughter had given me the body food which was great, but I wanted a night cream. I bought it but a little goes a long way and so I actually wear it all the time! This, combined with the matching serum really does work overnight. All my lines are smoothed out across my forehead and my lines from nose to mouth are plumped out. I've tried lots of more natural products (Dr Organic, Faith in Nature, Green People, Neals Yard, Lavera) and this is by far the best. A very small tube for the price. I purchased it as it came up on a search for Paraben free night cream, I am extremely allergic to this preservative. While parabens are not mentioned in the list of ingredients after a few days of using the product I have sore red marks around my neck so there is something in this cream that does not agree with my skin. My skin does not feel smooth, in fact tight and my day moisturiser gives more night time protection that this so called firming night cream. I am not impressed at all. Read more

I always get seduced by skin care products with great reviews and this was another example of me getting excited about one only to be disappointed. There’s nothing wrong with this cream - it’s a decent, pleasantly scented, relatively thick moisturiser. But does it make a really noticeable difference to your skin? Not in my case. I have some marks because of my old acne. I was looking for a product that wasn't too aggressive for my skin. Since I was already using acid to exfoliate, I bumped into this natural night cream. Great cream, so rich! I had a tube given to me recently and was so impressed with it that I went to buy another. This cream, from Germany, is a great bargain and much cheaper than the English equivalent. The wording add description is all in German, of course but it is an enriching night cream which you use at night, so there isn't much else to know about and I had read the English on my first tube anyway. I would definitely recommend this cream. It is so moisturising but not too heavy that it encourages spots and my skin feels very good after using it for a couple of months.
