OK so don’t get me wrong this is pretty much the best value for your money when it comes to buying vitamin D3 on Amazon in Canada for price for a quantity. The big issue with this vitamin is, one it gets stuck in your throat because it’s chalky and gritty, but more importantly number two, because it’s not coded in oil it has very low absorption. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin meaning that you can double the effects if you coat in oil like coconut. So in order to use this vitamin properly I take a teaspoon of MCT oil five minutes before having them. A lot of the vitamin D products out right now are gel caps that are oil based which are much better. So these will definitely work but you have to bio hack a little bit with the pre-oil.
