I had knee surgery and this product was similar to what they used to cover my incision. I was careless and soaked my knee with water during a shower, I needed to change the dressing, but the only things available in drugstores was either tape or shower shields that were not very big and did not stretch, so when I bent my knee both came loose. This stretches with me, is wide and long enough to cover the wound, and didn't let the gauze underneath get wet in the shower. I cut some small pieces of the tape to cover the folds. I just ordered an extra roll, I doubt I'll need it, but it is so great I would hate not to have it for future surgeries. My physical therapist ordered some too, after I told her where I found it. I have to put a bandage on my stomach from post operation/ surgery. I've used different kinds untill I tried this bandage. I can shower, bathe, & swim. The bandage does not come loose. This is a good cheap alternative to the tegaderm patches. You can easily alter the size of what you need. However there are a few drawbacks1. It’s not as thin as tegaderm patches so it doesn’t conform to your body as well.2. It’s not great removing it. Like it hurt and left my skin pink. No lasting damage but it was painful.3. You have to be careful about making sure that those edges lay down when you’re first applying the patch cuz it’s not as thin as the tegaderm patches so the edges don’t just lay down. Read more

This is thin transparent waterproof and stays on until I remove it. I can shower and swim without getting the patch wet or having it peel off. It can be cut to size and is easy to apply. My clothes dont rub it of. I love it. Best of all I am not allergic to the adhesive. I have way to many still red places from other covers and unfortunately the patch itself. Read more
