Over the last 10 years I've been a loyal customer to the previous (maybe 2) generations of the Sonic toothbrush and irrigator/flosser as separate units. As new Waterpik models appeared on the market, I held on fast to the status quo. Enduring the older design / difficult to find brush heads, excessive bathroom counter real estate, leaking hose of flosser came to an end when I read the ad and realized the improvements made with the Waterpik Complete Care 9.0 Kit. I decided to take the leap. After unboxing the new unit and performing the required priming and road testing the significantly smaller brush unit, I was sold!! I quickly packaged up and gladly disposed all the outdated stuff. What remained on my counter was one unit (instead of 2) taking up about one third the counter space of it's predecessor and freeing up a valuable power outlet plug. On top of that, the new unit has more features; i.e., variable brushing modes and a consolidated pressure control knob on-off switch. I was surprised to find the ease of operation of the on-off switch as a one handed task. The old design of the rocker switch caused me to hold the unit down when switching on-off to prevent it sliding on the counter. To sum it up, I patted myself on the back for deciding to make the change. The age old task of oral hygiene became a little more desirable and efficient. Read more

My dental hygienist recommended I get an electric toothbrush and a waterpick. At first I considered the new sonic fusion but found the replacement heads are two for $25. I was looking for two separate products when I came across this combo. It was much cheaper than the fusion and the replacement heads are four for $15. Definitely recommend. Read more
