This is a pretty decent water flosser. It is pretty sturdy and appears to be well made. It is a little bulky but easy enough to hold and to use. The water jet has decent power to clean between the teeth and the gum line. It does a decent job and my teeth and gum feel fresh and clean.The water flosser has 4 cleaning modes ranging from 30 to 120 PSI. The last is a DIY mode which allows you to adjust the water pressure to your needs. The normal mode works well for me for daily cleaning.The water tank is removable for easily refilling and cleaning. There is also an refill valve at the back if you don't want to remove the tank. The tank is 300ml in size and adequate for everyday cleaning. If you need to spend more time cleaning certain parts of your mouth, you may need to refill the tank during the session.The water flosser comes with 4 interchangeable nozzle tips. They are easy to insert and to detach with the release button. They can also rotate in order to point the nozzle in the desired direction.Both a USB charging cable and wall charger are provided, which is nice when you don't have a USB power source available during travel. A waterproof travel bag is also provided.Overall, this water flosser works pretty well for me. It does a decent job of what it it is designed to do. Pretty easy to use and to clean up. When I received this flosser, I noticed that the box looks different to the one shown in the picture, not sure why. The box that I received was smaller and had all the items tightly packed in it that I was afraid that something was going to break as I am unboxing. Gladly, that didn't happen. The flosser unit comes with 4 heads, a charger, and a manual. I had to charge it for about 4 hours before the first use. The socket for charging has a protective top made out of rubber/silicone-ish material that is not attached to the flosser and could be easily misplaced or lost whilst the flosser is being charged.Now on to the usage- I have used one other water flosser before and upon using this, right off the bat I noticed that this wasn't as powerful for some reason. It has 4 modes- Normal, Soft, Pulse, and DIY- I felt that pulse and DIY were very similar and soft was very low pressure, and normal setting is something most people would use. I went through the tank twice on normal mode (after trying different modes) and using it for two consecutive days, felt like it didn't clean my teeth as well. As a portable device, for travel, this is OK, but I wouldn't recommend it as an all-the-time cleaner. This is not a replacement for a water-pik.1. It doesn't hold that much water. I wasn't finished flossing when the water ran out. It's a small fill. Mine is bluish because I always add breath freshener to the water.2. It's uncomfortable to hold. You have to hold the entire appliance. I like to work the tip inside my mouth on all sides. This was awkward to hold.I only used it with power on and it was a sufficient strength. "Stuff" came out from around my teeth. I didn't try the other settings.It comes with 4 picks. This is my first water pick so I can’t compare it to anything. I have been surprised by how much it gets out! Especially at full power, it’s a little gross to see what was in your teeth. It cuts down on the flossing and the amount of single use plastic which is always a good thing in my book.My only complaint is that sometimes when I hit the power button, it changes the setting instead of turning off. The water flosser has made flossing easier and quicker. It is so easy to use once you get the hang of it. I say this because I still manage to get water everywhere. But in all seriousness, it's not complicated. The first step is to get to learn the different settings. That made me get familiar with the flosser and properly use it. I suggest adding warm water to the tube if you have sensitive teeth like me. Warm water is gentle on the gums. This process will cause less pain or discomfort. The water flosser is perfect for getting in between those challenging areas around the teeth. It removes any food left behind. I would highly recommend purchasing one and adding it to your routine. My dentist has highly recommended using a water flosser on a daily basis. Now that I'm retired, I've been doing a lot more travel and there's no way to pack up a big unit with basins and cords. This compact, all in one, unit solves my problem. It works efficiently and travels well. The small footprint lets you pack it in your carry-on or back-pack. I like this Water Flosser Cordless Oral Irrigator. A few weeks ago I had a back tooth extracted and the dentist placed a wire spacer between my teeth to hold them in position until a post and crown can be restored. After he did that, I was stuck with a spacer and a huge gap between my teeth which became a natural food collection site. The spacer collects food that leaves a horrible feeling. This water flosser has been a saving grace for removal of food particles. I am amazed at how well this water jet sprays out food particles I can't even see at first. I'm a big believer of oral health care. There is a learning curve that I am still learning and I still seem to spray the bathroom mirror when using this oral irrigator. Read more
