I have gone through several of the countertop water pick models, none of them lasted more than a couple months... the motors keep dying, but they are fairly easy to use as the actual irrigator wand is small and nimble. When the last one died, I decided to go with this model to try something cordless and space saving. Well, I am disappointed and here are my pros/cons.Pros: Well made - I do think this is a quality product, all the parts seem sturdy. Cordless - you don't have to have the cord out unless it needs charging. Compact - doesn't take up much space. Portable - easy to travel with. Capacity - large enough water capacity to get the job done.Cons: Heavy - when the tank is full, it is quite heavy and if you have arthritis or weak hands this would not be a good option. Cumbersome - Unlike the counter models the whole device is used when flossing, not just the wand and because it is so bulky, I had trouble tipping it up to get the lower front teeth without having water run down my arm. Power button - the power button is sensitive and probably not in the optimal place, several times I accidently turned it on and sprayed the mirror, and turned it off while using. Setting - to really change the pressure setting, you have to stop flossing to see which level it is on - a countertop model allows you to adjust while in use. PSI - I don't think the water pressure is as strong as the countertop models, even though it says the PSI is the same. However, this might be why my countertop models died, they really did push out the water???With all that... I don't think this is a bad product, just doesn't work for me. If you want something "nimble" to really floss your teeth, this is not the product. If you want something portable and compact, this might work for you if you don't mind getting your arm wet. This product functions as advertised. Unfortunately I found the following issues that should be addressed:1. The ON switch means on - accidentally or on purpose it starts spurting. It needs a separate activate switch spring loaded meaning it should only spurt when depressed. The "ON" switch could be relocated.2. The "MODE" button which sets the strength of the stream is right where one would want to put your finger to hold onto the unit. I find myself changing the strength everytime I touch the unit.3. It left a gray plastic residue on my teeth! It was scary, let me tell you. The base where the water is held is gray plastic and there is no other device in my house that is gray plastic that comes any where near my mouth. I avoid plastic whenever possible and there's nowhere else it could've come from. I just got this and less than a week after using it, I have gray plastic residue stuck on my teeth which I could NOT get off my teeth by brushing. I was starting to think it was permanent. Scary is an understatement! I might've had to go to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned to see if that would remove it ($150 plus) but then I thought, "I bet DE will get it off." Food Grade DE is a mild abrasive often used to clean teeth. So, I put some on my finger and rubbed the 4 teeth (that I could see) that had the plastic on them. I had to do this twice but it eventually came off. You might be thinking, "So what. It came off." But hang on....if it's on my teeth that means much much more ended up in my system! Plastic is BAD...B-A-D...for the human body. It pushes out your natural hormones and screws up the functions of the body. EVERY FUNCTION and fluid in your body is controlled by your hormones, so this is no small matter. Enough plastic screwing up a function or two and everything is put out of whack. Lots of things could go really wrong and I'd not know what happened. And then there's the problem of removing it. Can I dig it out of my system? No. The only thing left to me is to do a detox and try to get it out. That's generally not pleasant - not horrible but not pleasant either - and it takes time. I'll be returning this. My only complaint is that the buttons are right together and occasionally you will accidentally hit the flow intensity button and ramp up the speed beyond what you want. The motor is very powerful and at top speed it provides an intense pulse in your mouth. The battery seems to hold a charge for several weeks when used once a day and is easily charged overnight. The tank holds just enough water for a good cleaning and the stem inside is weighted to make sure that water flows even when the unit is turned horizontal or even upside down. The unit is a little bulky but once you get use to it you can easily maneuver it around your teeth and gums to get all areas. Happy camper. Read more

As luck would have it, the first one I ordered worked for three seconds and then gave up. I contacted the vendor and they responded in a very quick manner. They immediately sent a new unit out and it works perfectly. Comes with a travel case and different attachments. Nice weight to it so I think it will not break easily. Power is great. I actually like this a lot better than my Waterpik. Charge last for quite a while and it is easy to adjust the settings.After an initial "Oh Crap" moment, I am really happy with this product and the wonderful service provided. Read more

Great product. Really easy to use. Comfortable. Comes with a nice carrying case.Been using the product for 2+ weeks now on the second and third setting and have zero complaints! I put off ordering another water flosser for a long time because I dislike the bulky aspects of the machine, the big water buckets and the water coils. This one is great, I fill it with warm water and I am surprised at the amount of food that comes out--even if I brushed first! Very happy with this item. Read more
