I just recently ordered a Wahl Senior from and when I opened the package you could tell it had been resealed with tape. I noticed there were scratches on the clipper body and that the blades were dirty, there were bits of hair and what looked like hot Cheeto dust. First up, I am *not* a professional - I've just cut my own hair for years, a habit left over from the service when I had a lot more hair than I do now. With that out of the way, THESE CUT SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE LESSER WAHLS! They have a higher-end motor that cuts quicker and with less effort. Arrived earlier than expected and does quite a good job. I've never owned clippers or cut hair before but its an easy experience with these clippers.One negative thing though was that upon my first cut the screws on the blade must not have been fastened as tight as they should have and theye just fell apart while I was cutting my hair. I was very lucky I didn't lose anything down the drain but I'm still having a heck of a time trying to re-align the blades perfectly.All in all, a bad first impression but I'm still continously using them and haven't had any issues since then. I got this clipper a few weeks ago . While I'm quite satisfied by the overall quality of this product, one of the guidelines (the long one, the white one) doesn't fit the clipper. As a result, I can't even use it as it keeps dropping because of the clipper's vibration.For a product coming at that price, I would expect that something as simple as a plastic guideline wouldn't be issue.
