This product mixes easier than any product I've tried. Very little liquid is needed. It is extremely easy to digest. This is a hydrolyzed whey protein meaning there will be much less lactose than your common whey protein brands. For me this means no bloating which is why I switched to a hydrolyzed protein. I have been using this for over 6 months love it! This last order didn't taste the same at all it had like a taste like a cleaning product or something so odd. I thought it was me at first so tried in other cups it wasn't me. I mix my shakes with 2 other expensive things as well. Which I thought it could of been them nope tried each one alone. Which also annoyed me cause I waisted a few servings of them. When trying the mixtures a couple times thinking it was my cups maybe not being completely rinsed out or something. The cover always has the black plastic sealed around it but when I open it the seal under the cap is never sealed. I've tried several different brands of protein powder but this is by far our most favorite!! The vanilla flavor is amazing!! It blends in nicely as a drink w/ no clumps. I have been using AST protein off and on since 1997. My favorite used to be the Strawberry flavor (little bits of dried strawberry in it). I wish they would bring it back. Nonetheless, the chocolate is awesome! I love AST protein powder! Read more
