I think these taste better when they are chilled. I prefer the mixed berry flavor over the citrus, but each flavor of these has different immune benefits. This one is great when you want to boost your Vitamin D. These need to be shaken up very well before you drink them. The taste is not going to appeal to everyone but if you are low carb or keto, these have 0 g total sugar.I am using this strictly for the caffeine, not the taste but a "chaser" of something helps get it down. You could also mix this into a smoothie if you can't get it down as is. I am a coffee drinker so this amount of caffeine doesn't affect me negatively but if you are sensitive to caffeine you will want to be careful with this. These are easy to carry and use on those dreary winter days when you feel sluggish and lethargic. I can't say the energy will last 7 hours - results vary from person to person. I usually start to fizzle out after lunch around 1pm so this is the perfect time for me to drink one of these shots. Caffeine & Vitamins to Kickstart Your Workout, Not a fan of the FlavorThese little shots have quite a bit of caffeine at 260 mg which seems to be at least the same amount as 2 cups of coffee. I really like the mix of D & B vitamins included in this mix. Vitamin D is something we all generally need more of in the winter.These shots are great for workouts or just when you want a little energy kick. I like that the energy they provide seems to come on quickly in about 10 minutes after drinking it but it doesn't hit you too hard or make you feel strange. It seems a lot more like a natural energy kick than some of the other energy shots where it hits you hard and makes you feel funky afterward.The flavor is not great. I'm much more a fan of some of their other flavors. It is a somewhat funky mix of fruit munch and berry and just comes off strange and leaves an unpleasing aftertaste. The shape of the bottle means that you'll be drinking it more than actually shooting it like a shot so you'll have a chance to taste it as you pour it into your mouth. The good news is that these can be ordered in packs of 12, 24, and 48 units so you can start with 12 units if you want to give the flavor a try since flavor is always a subjective thing.My only criticism of these shots is they tend to be a little more on the expensive side of things.
