Have been using these for a couple years, after my naturopath recommended this brand to help with restless legs & a more natural sleeping aid. These are easily digestible & don't give my stomach any issues. They have helped with my muscle aches & provide a more general sense of easy at nighttime to make it easier to try to get to sleep. It has not been a cure for my insomnia, but I always notice a vast improvement when I take this consistently vs missing a couple days. Hands down, this product is fantastic. I was prescribed it by my doctor due to adrenal issues. It has calmed the tremors in my hands; helped me to have deeper, more refreshing sleep; and when needed, takes away headaches. I feel calmer and more relaxed in general when I take this daily. I recommended it to a friend who has had lifelong migraine headaches and she says it is the only thing that helps her. When I have a migraine (very rare) I actually take double the dose and the pain goes away. At first I thought I was getting a good supplement because of the lack of soy and other harmful ingredients until I took the time to dissect the ingredients listed in the "Other ingredients" section and was horrified to find "Magnesium silicate" which is basically talc which is a serious and well-known carcinogen. Before I knew this info, I had been experiencing lethargy, dizziness, cramping all over my body, especially my legs and feet including neck and shoulder muscle pain.
