I have been taking the Vital Nutrients - Multi Nutrients 5 - Ultra Antioxidant Formula (Boron, Copper and Iron Free) for about a week now, and I am really impressed. I cannot believe how much better I feel, I even seem to have a better amount of energy too, which was a pleasant surprise. I was looking for a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral Supplement and this fit the bill perfectly. Especially since mainly it's Copper Free (Copper Causes Cancer). And Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Selenium and Zinc are all present in this supplement, they are the 5 Key Minerals that Prevent Cancer. Initially that's all I was looking for, those 5 minerals, but when I came across this version by Vital Nutrients, I was glad that it was not only the Minerals I wanted, but also a Vitamin Supplement and rich in Antioxidants. I already take BCQ by Vital Nutrients, so I know all about their extremely high quality standards. *I have only been taking 1 capsule per day so far after a meal and I do feel good, but the instructions do call for 2 per day, I may work my up to the 2 per day soon, but right now I'm feeling pretty darned good and that wasn't the case before I took them, I was always tired and sluggish. This product is fantastic! It was recommended to me by my doctor as I am allergic to many things and I've been taking them now since 2012. These vitamins work great!There is a full list of ingredients on the outside that shows you exactly what is in each pill.I used to take Nature Made multi for women but decided to change to something different when I found out that they started putting their vitamins in a food dye outer coating. I emailed Nature Made to tell them as a customer I'd prefer to do without food dye in my daily vitamins. They never made any changes so I moved on.These vitamins are free of: Yes this is a long list. =0) Wheat, Gluten, Milk/Dairy, Yeast, Binders, Coatings, Soy Protein, Corn Protein, Eggs, Sugar, Hydrogenated Oil, Artificial Color and Artificial Flavor. I looked at nearly 100 different content lists on bottles. I found one very expensive brand with no folate at all, and this Vital Nutrients item with less than 50% folate/folic acid for just over half the cost of the more expensive one. I am starting a particular chemotherapy that has a negative interaction with folic acid, which would cause (or worsen) some uncomfortable side effects. I love how this product makes me feel. It was recommended to me after my breast cancer diagnosis in 2017 and I've been taking it consistently ever since. I noticed more energy and a better sense of well-being within about a week and also miss it if I run out out.My ONLY complaint and the reason for only 3 stars is shown in the picture. Almost every bottle I've used has had maybe one capsule like this but this last bottle had AT LEAST these two.
