I have been buying this product for a few years. It is my first resource when I feel I am coming down with something. It boosts the immune system to fight the bug very effectively. I take 2 caps every 3 hours with 2g of vitamin C on the first day I feel a virus is lurking around. Then I cut but half on the second day, keeping cutting back to zero until I feel I dodged the bullet. It has been working 80% of the time. And even when I actually end up catching a cold, it is mild. Love this brand of echinacea!! Have tried several and so far this one is my favorite. It works for what I need it for... Modern medicine antibiotics are too harsh for my body and cause other issues. Big fan of echinacea in general but I know that not all supplement brands are created equal.
