It is helping me with my blood sugar , you still have to watch what you eat , cannot go crazy with donuts or pasta or cakesThere is not a miracle drug but it will help if you use some common sense on your dietI also add 2 capsules of cinnamon and dried mullberies on this ecuationHighly recommend itMake sure if you go for another brand that it is polynicotinate and at least 200 mcg a capsule, and as little as possible on the inactive ingredients.Personally i do not swallow the capsules , I open them and get the powder in a little spoon and add water and swallow itthe taste is neutral no big dealyou can take as much as 800 mcg or 1000 mcg a day in 2 dosesI do not know of any side effects but it comes down to what other medications you take Read more
