Love this larch powder! This was recommended by my accupuncturist to help build my immune system. I've used this product for over a year now. When kids and staff at my school are getting sick, I remain well. I mix a teaspoon in with some grape juice or tea and drink it down. I take it every week day, but skip on the weekend.
