I recently lost ALL my hair in the back of my head from a spider bite. My doctor found where I was bitten 5 times. In May of 2018 I had to take some medication for my rheumatoid arthritis that caused a lot of hair on the front top of my scalp to fall out. It was so noticeable & I was really embarrassed. My doctor said it was difficult to grow hair back on that part of your scalp. A pharmacist recommended Biotin. I originally started taking another brand that was a capsule, but I could taste it & it was horrible. I quickly found these gummies and started taking 2 a day. They're very easy to take because they're like candy honestly. After about 6 weeks I could really see the baby hairs coming in. After a few months I could barely tell I lost anything. Ok, so this is my second bottle. I was a little scared to try it since some reviews stated it caused acne and others said it didnt make a difference with hair loss or growth.I have taken 4 daily, for over a month now.i can say the hair loss has stopped 99%. ?Before just running my fingers through my hair i would end up with a hand full of hair, now i can tug on my hair and and 0-2 strands might come out. I have also noticed new hair growth, not as much as i would like but i cannot say these gummies don't work or that i didn't love them, that would be a lie.They are amazing!!! And do just what they say they will. Also ive even noticed stronger nails, and thats not even what i cared about but its a plus!As for breaking out, NOT AT ALL. I've been taking these since February of this year. I'm on my second bottle and haven't taken them as regularly as I should. I'm 67, and my hair had gotten increasingly thin, so I bought these gummies because I heard that biotin helped hair growth. To tell you the truth, I didn't give them a second thought. They're delicious, as all the Vitafusion gummies are. I save them all for the end of the day as kind of a snack. I hated my hair, and resigned myself that it was just a result of age, and that my days of having thick and pretty hair were gone. Over the past week, I started noticing that my hair was thicker and that I could no longer see my scalp through my hair any more! It just kind of snuck up on me! It wasn't an instant fix, but probably would've happened sooner if I had taken them as religiously as I should have. They really work!!! My hair looks great. The taste is excellent as many reviews have stated. I have found that excessive biotin intake can lead to acne, so I proactively drink a good amount of water on the days I take these vitamins to help with my skin. I had damaged hair from over processing my hair, I started taking two of these in the morning and two at night and noticed a dramatic difference. Not only did my hair grow at an incredible rate, the condition of my hair improved dramatically as well. It was much longer, but also much stronger. Started taking these for about 3 weeks. Had to stop as they made me ravanous all the time. Despite being on a diet that has always worked for me I was either not losing weight or putting on the odd pound. I can't comment about effects on hair as didn't take it long enough, but having read other reviews on Internet the choice is clear for a lot of people.
