My fiancé got tested with low mobility & low sperm counts. He’s been taking one a day every morning before he heads out for work. He’s only been taking them for a couple months so far. Going to wait a while again before being tested again for semen analysis to see if anything has changed. However his sex drive has increased over time - I can tell he’s been getting bigger erections as well then he normally has. lol. I think these supplements work overtime so just keep taking them. Like others said it’s prob a lower dose of vitamins then others have for fertility but give it time to work. He has been on them for a couple months and I already see the difference. However these do come from the UK and I live in the US, they take awhile to arrive but when I bought another one it arrived rather quickly. I wouldn’t waste your money on other stuff for your guy to take especially if they have a hard time taking pills everyday. You take one a day here and the ingredients are pretty good for men to take for there fertility and well being. He has tried fertilaid and other supplements but he is on top of these and can remember to take the one a day!!! I highly recommend these and to buy a few months worth. I’m hoping we will end up pregnant soon even when the drs say he has low counts and mite need IVF. To expensive. I discovered that my count was too low after we had been trying for a one and half year without luck. I had 2 lab results showing less than 5 million/ml. A normal sperm count has to be above 40-50 million/ml. The clinic suggested that with these numbers we should go with ICSI instead of IVF. The latter is recommended for a count of around 20 million/ml and above. The appointment was for 3 months later and I ordered the vitamins. It was exactly 3 months from taking them until the ICSI appointment. When we got there the doctor said that my count is now 20 million/ml and that we will try IVF instead. We fertilized 3 out of 6 eggs but unfortunately they didn't survive. Now we are sure next time we try ICSI no matter what, but what is for sure is that these vitamins worked. I had results before and after, from the same clinic and with the same lifestyle and (quite a bit) stress. They feel a bit heavy when they start to break in the stomach but nothing too uncomfortable. I also felt the testicles a bit more sensitive but again nothing too bad. I ordered another 3 months supply now and getting ready for round 2 (ICSI) in autumn. I must say to start with that my partner has been only taken the pill for 6 DAYS. He is a person that hates pills and making him to take them was a whole challenge for me, first 3 days it was me behind him asking to do it. I must say that the first thing he said when he tried it was that the flavour was terrible and the pill is quite big, but then later on I found him taking then by himself telling me that since he takes it his body feels much better, that he sleeps better and deeply without nightmares now, that he feels a bit more of energy and then here comes the best part, I don't know how but his sex drive went up, I was usually the one with the high sex drive and he was trying to cope and now he is on the same rodeo than me. This product worked for me and I did observe how my body responded to the tablet which was really positively.I would advise where possible to engage in a healthy lifestyle and a change of scenery (go on holiday if you can) as this could do you both well and keep you both relaxed. The less pressure on you both, the better in my humble opinion.
