I have been using these about 7 months now and they've made a huge difference. I am a contact lenses wearer and was starting to suffer from over wear signs. My eyes were looking more blood shot and a lot drier and sensitive. It took a while for these to start showing the benefit, as vitamins often do, but they have made the whites of my eyes clearer and whiter, more lubricated and my vision is improving. My optician was very impressed. I am 45 and very short sighted but I find need my glasses (when I wear them, I hate wearing them) a lot less than I did. I well and truly recommend these. I bought these to try out the theory that lutein improves eyesight over longterm use because I wanted to avoid getting a stronger glasses prescription and taking that downward spiral. These supplements are good; I did notice some improvement, but I switched to H+B lutigold on a whim when I was due to top up and that stuff is twice as good; it was instant relief from the eye strain and my eyesight has steadily improved to the point I don't need my glasses as often and I'm not tired all the time from eye strain. This stuff is good though, and for milder cases of eye strain it'll probably be enough. If I was out of lutein and needed it delivered quicker than my current ones I would buy these again as an in between to keep me topped up. My eyesight obviously didn't improve immediately; it takes consistent use to get the benefits, but it did reduce eye strain in the first few days and my sight slowly and steadily began improving over a month. Not to my original 20/20 vision I'd always had before needing glasses, but back to my previous (and first) glasses prescription. This stuff isn't as swift as the other stuff, but it was enough improvement for me to want to keep topped up to begin with. Looking forward to hearing my opticians thoughts. Read more

50+ noticed reading close up items ( mobile etc ) were getting a bit blurry. Visited optician who said I need to start using bi-focals.. Didnt like the sound of that, So, Looked at eye supplements. Although they cant(?) improve focus they are proven to help increase night vision / low light vision. Since I noticed it was easier to read smell print in strong light I gave them a try.I used a supplement called Eyesight RX which was very effective ( but expensive ) but after a month of use things recovered. Noticed blurry vision recently so decided to try these ( in combination with other product on amazon - MacuDefence 60 Capsules - Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Bilberry and Pine Bark Along with an Essential Balance of Vitamins & Minerals ). I have only started taking this supplement 18 days ago and I can now say I am noticing some improvements! I had severe dry eyes 2 weeks ago and they feel so tired all the time. I had to keep using eye drops to alleviate the discomfort.After taking these, I can say that my eyes feel more lubricated and energized even on days that I don't have much sleep.
