However they make you feel extremely bloated and though you might not out 2 and 2 together at first, prepare for some water retention and possible weight gain.I’m a really active person with a healthy diet and regular workouts. Wierd how after signing up to these I felt my body slowly rebel! Anyway it might work for some but it’s not a necessity, there are too many vitamins that you don’t need, especially if you have a healthy diet. Switched to these as my hair plus ones were out of stock. So far after one month, my nails are stronger, less breakages. My skin usually has a breakout at my period, but I have had zero spots since taking these. Hair wise so far I have not noticed too much difference but time will tell on that front.
