I have been consuming supreme greens with msm for more than 20 years. This version has a slight minty taste and smell to it. The original had a dominate sage aroma. I have not consumed this version long enough to know if it just has more spearmint added to adjust the flavor. I was introduced to the product by a friend. I never saw the infomercial. I did become aware of the legal woes of the creator of the formula. Kinda sad and funny history. The creator was sued by the FDA for claims of results for consuming the product. The end result (funny to me) of the suit was the government took away his cadillac escalade. (Probably not funny to him, sorry) Our source has stopped selling the product, so we are trying other suppliers. This product goes way back so let me start the review there. I was a non-believer when the infomercials aired for this product, but thought I would give it a go. The taste when you first start using it is like drinking veggies so for me that was tough to swallow(no pun intended) but my husband at the time said I would get used to it. Well, I can say I did. I was trying to lose baby weight and was drinking this product while I was nursing my son. ( I would consult with your dr before doing so). My skin improved, my overall well being was improved as did my weight, I felt great. Interesting part of this is that my son who is now 12 has supreme greens everyday. He loves it I guess because he had it in my breast milk. I mix mine into my water bottle and go. If you drink it everyday you will get used to the taste, to me it doesn't have much taste anymore. I can say that when I don't drink it I feel run down. It could be in my head but I don't think so. If you can't get passed the taste, buy the capsule form. Remember that taking it or drinking it once is nothing, but sticking with it is everything. I have for 12 years. BTW I have tried different green products that come in the powder form, why? because of convenience and price when times were tough or I was in a store and it was there..I ended up wasting my money and tossing them. My son knew right away it wasn't supreme greens. No fooling him. So my 5 star review stands. Always check with your Doctor if you are taking meds because there is grapefruit pectin listed as an ingredient and some doctors feel that grapefruit and meds don't mix. Read more

Supposedly there is 2.5 pounds of fruit and vegetable nutrition packed into each scoop. I don’t know if that’s true. However, it has helped me with energy levels and, at least from my perception, skin health. This is fiber and it does wood fiber is meant to do. It taste like dirt but I mix it with lemonade and water 50/50. Read more
