I purchased this due to skin tags that have been showing up. One in particular was on the outer edge of my eye and was small, but I did not want it to get any bigger. I read the reviews and figured I'd give it a go. The bottle is small, but yet for the tiny amount you are to use, the bottle is extra large. I followed the directions (use a very tiny amount, although I used a tip of a pointed q-tip vs. a toothpick and placed directly on the tag) and in 3 days, the tag next to my eye was gone!!! It does give a little tingle after applied, but doesn't last long. I am definitely impressed!! This 'small' bottle will last me a very long time for the very little you need to use.
