This is the 3rd Vibrastait iron I have owned. These flat irons work better for our family than any others but there is a significant issue that needs to be fixed. These flat irons simply stop working. They will no longer turn on. This latest one stopped worked after only 2 1/2 months....other reviews seem to indicate this is a consistent problem. The seller NEEDS to get this fixed. In addition, I called Amazon to complain and ask about an exchange. Amazon customer service would not do anything and gave me the phone number to the seller. Unfortunately I raved about this flat iron until I purchased this second one on April. Now here we are 6 months down the road and has already done exactly what other reviewers have complained about plugged it in and started to heat up. By the time I finished drying my hair it was dead. Unplugged and tried again nothing. My first one lasted several YEARS not months. And from reading reviews before I placed an order for another one many have had same problem. Read more

I purchased this flat iron back in July. It has worked perfectly up until today. Thus morning I used for 5 minutes then it died, nothing. Unplugged it, let it cool down, plugged it back up nothing, no lights, no heat, no vibrating. Havent even oened it for 90 says, yet. Called Amazon, they said I need to call manufacturer. I'm still making payments on it to Amazon. Don't waste your money on this product that even Amazon won't back up. Read more

Product was delivered on time, heats well and is very eager to vibrate. It likes vibrating so much, it doesn't want to stop. My wife has to clamp it together and reopen several times to make the vibrating stop. We did not attempt to send it back because she didn't want the hassle, so we are not sure about the companies customer service. Read more
