The case was perfect looking. I need a small carryon for my laptop and a couple of outfits & a few necessities. When I opened it, it looked great. The front sect was perfect for laptop and a few files or notebooks. I was so disappointed when opening the second. There was zero room for anything like an outfit. I have a huge laptop and I searched for a feminine looking roller bag to hold it and some other items. I went to lift it into my vehicle and the handle broke. There was not a ton of stuff in it. I have used it for one month. Before it broke, I loved the bag. I could still use it. It just is more difficult to put it in my vehicle and take it out. When I received this item it looked used. The handle was broken and I had to ask my husband to fix it before I could use it. Needed this item so was unable to just send it back. I just deal with the handle popping out all the time. Frustrating! Read more
Lightweight and roomy. I’m using it as a primary work bag but could easily be a carry on. Pulls easily and love the color. Easy to put in my vehicle and get out. If you carried a lot in the primary compartment you would have to lay it down in order to get things out. If you are just using it for files etc this is no problem. Read more
Purchased the bag as strictly a work bag... overall the bag is a good looking bag. However it's better suited for travel than work. Compartments are cumbersome to get into with out opening like you would a traditional suitcase. Difficult to get into front pocket.. very tight. The telescoping pull handle is very loose and not durable at all. After one month, the soft handle popped out of the bag. Very disappointed in this bag for durability... it looks durable out of the box, don't waste your money. Read more
