So let me explain why I personally couldn't give it five stars but I would have. Confession time, I have MS and I deal with a lot of joint pain from arthritis do to my MS. I opted out of medications because of the side effects, which leaves me taking a lot of ibuprofen everyday. But with this added into my life I don't have to take the ibuprofen in the amount that I was taking before which was about 15 a day. I know I know really really bad which is why I was looking for something to help with my joints and bone health. Since I've been taking these I take only one ibuprofen maybe every other day ish. Which is a wooha moment for me. I came across these because I had already bought their weight management pills and I really like the purity of their product and it's the same thing with these. Highly absorbent, vegan and no side effects just a really really nice vitamin that improves joint health so in actuality I got what I paid for but I could only imagine how it would work for someone who doesn't deal with chronic pain issues in their joints. Winning I can only imagine !!!!!! I have a hard time keeping my D³ levels optimal. On top Iof that, being vegan, I have had a hard time finding vegan D³ that I can absorb and not break the bank on it. When it's not working, my entire body will let me know. I switched to the Fresh Nutrition brand a few weeks ago and it is working as good, if not better, as my old brand. I love that this product has 2 of the supplements that I take on a daily basis. As a gastric bypass patient, I take a lot of supplements but with most of my small intestine bypassed, I don't absorb nutrition. That is where the vitamin k2 comes in. I recently fell and fractured my fibula, dislocated my knee, tore a tendon and sprained my ankle (yes i'm talented) it seemed like it was taking forever for it to feel better. Someone suggested I try this product and I am SO glad they did. After taking this for a week I can feel a considerable difference in the pain in my leg. These pills have no yucky aftertaste and they don't smell at all. It's hard for me usually to take vitamins that have a taste/smell. Really glad i found these products. I liked that this product (D3+K2) is a capsule form, I really like that this vitamin came in one capsule so it works better in our body by being combined and I love that it's vegan!! It makes picking a vitamin so much easier for me when it's vegan; I don't have to worry about any animal products. The fresh all natural vitamin d3 and vitamin k is a great product.it made me very nauseous the first 3-4 days and then it was ok and smooth sailing from there.i have an absoprion issue and I have an extremely extremely low vitamin d level but when started taking the fresh brand all natural vitamin d nnk my levels have gone up and the Dr is very happy and said keep taking this kind because it's working better than the one I proscribe to you.over all it's a great product.
