B 12 is a good starting point for supp. sublingual(under the tongue) is the most beneficial way of taking it. Most have a large amount of sugar. These dont. if you have found a change in yourself after taking the B12 you should look into the B complex. Well, it does what it says it will, in that I did notice a burst of energy and I’m confident it supplies the B12 I need. I’ve purchased many Nested Naturals items in the past and have always been very happy with their products. I think this would be a great product for anyone who is vegan or wants a more natural supplement.Most of the B12 products I’ve taken in the past tasted good and often fruity. These have a slightly chalky texture when chewed. In their defense though, considering I am not vegan or gluten-free, I chose a product that is “vegan”, “gluten-free”, and all natural, so it makes sense that it doesn’t have the flavorings I’m accustomed to.Add on:The Nested Naturals customer service is very impressive and was willing to do whatever they had to to improve my experience. That said, I have had nothing but great experiences with nested Naturals products in the past and really have no complaints, just the suggestion that some sort of flavoring option be considered. I like that it gives me energy and and clear thinking. It dissolves pretty quick and starts working fast. I have several autoimmune diseases and and really needed something that worked to give me my energy and clear thinking back. This did just that. I carry it with me at all times. I will say I will not take it after 5:00 pm. It seems to keep me up later than I like. It really has no taste compared to another brand I had tried. Which is fine with me since it works so well. As a vegetarian, I do regularly take vitamin B12 as I was usually deficient and used to notice some tickling in my feet whenever I was low in B12. Taking a B12 supplement removes the tickling sensation from my feet. I do like the fact that this B12 supplement is quick to dissolve under the tongue and is vegan. So far so great! I have a borderline B12 deficiency and recently started using the Nested Naturals vitamin, and am very pleased with the results which are noticeably better than previous supplements I’ve had in the past. I’ll take one tablet first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to help with the absorption, and appreciate that it dissolves so quickly and the tastes decent enough. I’ve noticed that it helps with fatigue supporting sustained energy throughout the day and immediately clears up any morning brain fog. Even as a vegan, I don’t always make the healthiest daily food choices and worry that I’m not getting the vitamins and minerals I need. Vegan or not, B12 is crucial and many people are often and unknowingly low on it. I’ve tried various forms and this is the first chewable I’ve tried and first purchase from Nest Naturals. The vitamins is easy to take in this chewable form and super easy for me to remember as I take a chewable aspirin for a congenital heart defect, so I just take them at around the same time. Some issues I’d like to address from reading other reviews prior to purchasing:1. Taste: are these super delicious? No they’re not - but they’re not candy - they’re a supplement. I don’t understand people leaving bad reviews because they don’t taste like a gourmet treat. They are absolutely palatable and do not taste unpleasant in any way. They have very little taste, are easy to chew up as they are relatively small, and will not leave an aftertaste.2. Energy: some people have said that they don’t feel any differently after taking these. This could be because they have other deficiencies or issues that are causing fatigue and lack of energy. These aren’t a miracle cure for fatigue nor are they like a double shot of espresso in a chewable pill. They should absolutely help with overall well-being, but chronic lack of energy and/or “brain fog” are not just symptoms of B12 deficiency.Not only am I pleased with the product, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING. When I received my order, the inner seal on the bottle was not intact. The outer plastic ring that seals the cap to the bottle was, but the inner papery seal was lifted at one edge.
