Here is a detailed review with some tips and instructions (for using on legs) that I hope will be helpful:PROS: doesn't smell too bad, removes hair quickly, removes long hair easily, NO pain involved, works best on thin hair, leaves skin feeling smooth, better than shavingCONS: leaves small patches of hair behind, does NOT work on short or thick stubble, takes a while to rub all the hair off (on your legs), can be messy, BURNS ARMPITSINSTRUCTIONS:1. make sure your legs are dry and pump some cream onto your hands2. using your hands, spread the cream on your legs evenly. DON'T USE THE SPONGE to apply it. The sponge makes a mess.3. After you've covered the desired area, wait more than 5 minutes so it can start dissolving the hair4. place your legs in an empty tub or shower when it gets close to 10 minutes. Having your legs in a tub or shower avoids making a mess in your bathroom and you can rinse everything off after5. use a wet wash cloth to wipe off the cream/hair going with the grain OR use the rough side of the sponge that comes with the bottle and scrub your skin in circular motions (again, the sponge makes a mess, but you will at least be in the tub/shower. Have a little bit of water available so you can clean it every once in a while. The sponge my irritate your skin a bit, but it helps remove those thicker strands of hair)7. turn on the shower and rinse off8. (optional) use a loofa with soap to srub off the last bits of hairNOTES: I used this because I hate shaving my legs. It takes me about an hour to do so and I have sensitive skin. I hadn't shaved my legs for about two months, so I wanted something to remove my hair quickly (without damaging my razor because my hair was pretty long). I did see some patches of hair left behind, but I wouldn't mind going back and shaving those areas. The overall experience wasn't so bad. I see a lot of people saying this doesn't work. I can tell you for certain that it works great! I am a guy who likes keeping my groin area clean and smooth but hate having to shave the boys. Too chicken to go for a wax. So I decided to try veet. I had a nice full jungle bush going on. Had not shaved in a while. Applied a decent amount of Veet including to the twig and berries. Left it on for about 10 minutes. Tested using the exfoliating sponge and hair came right off. Continued in the shower as directed using the sponge but switched to a wash cloth since the sponge is so small. I can honestly say my groin area is as smooth as a baby's bottom. Scrotum and all. I have sensitive skin which is why I bought this version. No burning or stinging using it on the sensitive areas. So guys and girls if you want an easy hair removal give it a try. I'm happy I did. Thought I would give this a try to see if I was missing out on other hair removal products and I have to say...it's not worth the effort. It's messy, it takes a long time and it doesn't get all of the hair off. A lot of it, yes, but not all of it. Plus it has this weird...almost meaty smell that gets under your fingernails and lingers. I usually use regular Veet gel cream. I figured I would try this one mostly because of the "botonic" inspiration, and the sensitive claims. As for scent, this smells no better than regular Veet formulas. Sensitive? I guess so... So sensitive it didn't work! This removed about 25% of the hair in the area that it was applied. I like how this does work for the body, it works wonderfully on my chest and private areas but it did not work as well on my chin. My chin broke out and even got purplish markings on it after using this product. I felt a burning sensation and thought it might be because of the product but then it got worse so I removed it and this is the outcome. Aside from that it works good to remove hair but not from the roots because your still left with the roots sticking out a bit wich makes it difficult if your hair is thick as well. This arrived so much faster than I expected.I have never used hair removal cream before and I was very skeptical and a bit afraid of trying this, but I was amazed at how well it worked.
