I tried this supplement to try to stop my leg or legs from tingling at nite, when I want to sleep. I did not get the results I was hoping for, usually my legs would feel OK, for a while ,but after an hour or so, one would start tingling and wake me up, I had to walk around or stretch some for it to stop, a few times. I would usually take two before I would go it bed, but it only helped for a few hours.
