This was quite expensive, I charged it as per the instructions, and nothing, the light activated but nothing else did.Re-read the instructions, but basically, they were simple, let charge for 3hours and your ready to go...only it wasn't.I decided to let charge overnight, but exactly the same result.I am sad, but decided on a refund, and think the quality is poor considering the price is almost $80 Read more

I would highly recommend this product. I primarily bought it for the cold setting to tighten up skin and reduce puffiness under my eyes in the morning. It has done a perfect job of that so far! I noticed a difference to my skin right away. An added bonus for me was the heat setting that helps my moisturizer soak into my pores completely and really cuts down on dryness of my face!
