The media could not be loaded. The device is fantastic. The DIY and low modes are good for beginners but the high one provides the better and powerful cleaning that I need for my braces (you can see inthe video that it is so strong to remove mold from a wall). I tried to remove the water tank like instructions said but didn't work, then I tried in opposite way: putting the flosser upside down, holding it with my right hand and turning the tank anticlock wise with my left hand, it came off easily. The only bad experience I got with this flosser was that I charged it for 4 whole hours but the charge just lasted for 2 weeks, using it twice a day. Then I recharge again and like I used it only in high mode it only lasted 5 days. I got in contact with the customer service ans their sent me a new flosser, which you can see in the sealed box. I could not remove water tank. It would not twist off as instructed. I tried warm water for 2 minutes. I know, as some smarty said, that water can be added to the hole at bottom edge. But I would think the tank should come off to clean with soap and water. I even contacted customer help. But they gave same “hints” to open. My advice Do Not Buy This One!! Originally a 1 star!UPDate.. I give this 5 stars. After several contacts with customer service. I got a replacement. The water tank is easy to remove for cleaning. The device is easy to clean, use, and being it’s portable I can carry it in my suit case when traveling. I recommend this water flosser for quality and price. Read more
I have been using a water flosser for more than 15 years and this flosser is the best that I have ever used. I had a couple of questions after I purchased it and customer service responded the same day. I definitely recommend this flosser to everyone who is looking for a complete water flosser that is amazingly inexpensive compared to other name brands that I have owned.Update- I purchased a 2nd one for my wife and for some reason there was a glitch in the electronics, perhaps something happened in the shipping). Anyway I contacted the company and again the next morning I received an email with an apology. That stated that another would be immediately sent out, which it was. I’ve had this product or one like it before. However this time I cannot remove the reservoir. There are lock and unlock icons on the body of the irrigator. There is no way I can twist this off. I purchased this in July as my previous waterpik was making funny noises. It lasted till about three weeks ago so I pulled this out of my cupboard. It does work fine but without being able to remove this for cleaning I don’t feel it is safe to use for very long. And because my time to return it has expired I’m very frustrated. Read more

I don't bother using it on any other mode except high. Low, pulse, and DIY are ok but I feel the deepest clean after the High mode. It comes with multiple heads so I can share with Hubs. Read more
This is a great water flosser. Bought it for my son who just got braces put on. He has been been using the flosser for about a month and haven’t any problems. It’s great they included so many floss tip attachments for him to try. It did help with cleaning after he would finish. Definitely worth the money and a great value.
