The product is good for the price. My issue is not with the product, but rather the seller. One piece was broken upon arrival. Amazon contacted them and they messaged back asking me to confirm which piece was broken so they could send a replacement part. I verified which piece and sent a picture. They said they would ship out the broken piece in 2-3 days. After over a week I contacted them to ask about the part. I got no response. 3 days later I messaged them again. They finally responded the next day with a tracking number and said it had already shipped. They must have forgotten that I can see what day it shipped out on - which was the same day that I finally got a response to my 2 messages. Not happy with their customer service. Read more

Really sturdy and well made storage organizer that's awesome for my kids' playroom as it matches their simple furniture perfectly. The one exception here is that this bin is wood where my other kid furniture for the most part is MDF! I was pleasantly surprised that this product is made of REAL, SOLID WOOD rather than particle board or mdf. That being said, if you do have wild kids, be aware that there are some real corners and sharper edges on this that might catch a flailing arm or leg, so try to tuck this into an area where there isn't too much activity and say a prayer that the ouchies aren't too severe. The storage area is huge and holds lots of goodies, and the size and weight means it can stay put when kiddos are digging in it to find their favorite whatever-it-is at the very bottom. Assembly was fairly easy and this thing feels sturdy - it's not going anywhere or coming apart anytime soon. I'm super satisfied with this storage bin and would absolutely suggest it to others for their kid room or anywhere else they needed a little extra storage space. Recommended! Read more
