I bought this for my boyfriend since I enjoy my own silicone bath mit and facial scrubber quite a bit. He sometimes takes showers to relieve headaches, so I thought the massage side would appeal to him, but he rejected it as "gimmicky". I thus tested it out myself and, sadly, he wasn't far off base in this case. Though I still think the concept has merit, this model is neither well-made nor well-designed.The silicone itself is poor quality, especially compared to the nice ones I use (which cost less, I might add). Instead of feeling smooth and sturdy like mine, this feels gummy, almost sticky. Not only does it attract debris like crazy (which makes it a pain to clean), it's far too insubstantial all around to have any cleaning power. Silicone should be fairly flexible, but this is egregiously so. The central base part is just a wee sliver of silicone that doesn't stay remotely steady. It completely loses its shape with just the tiniest bit of pressure, which means it's as ineffective as it is frustrating to use.The basic side is utterly useless because the bristles are terribly flimsy yet super long. They flop right over when they touch anything, so they don't really scrub so much as they weakly rub against skin. Nothing resembling cleansing is accomplished. I'm truly baffled they claim it's suitable for makeup removal. The massage side has an array of shorter bristles with bases thick enough that they could conceivably do their job, but the excessively malleable core basically prevents that. Perhaps if they were affixed to a steadier surface or if the scrubber had a handle or something to grab onto so the whole thing didn't fold like a pita the second a hand grips it, I could say it's merely inefficient rather than futile to use. However, as is, this thing is far more trouble than it's worth. It's both ill-conceived and poorly-executed, so unsurprisingly, I don't recommend it. Read more

Absolutely love this little silicone scrubber! Great for light exfoliating and I actually like it better than a louffa. Also like the fact that since it’s made of silicone it won’t get mold or stinky like an old louffa would. My best friend recommended switching to a silicone body scrubber, but didn't specify which one. After I bought this and used it a couple times, both body scrubber and hair scrubber, I showed it to her. Now she has this one, too! We both like that one brush can wash everything. The scalp scrubber is gentle enough not to pull out my hair, but strong enough to notice a fresher feeling. The body brush is gentle on my skin, but lathers up the soap beautifully. I like how I’m not always spending money on a loofah every month, and this is so much better for the environment as well which makes me feel good.It’s not much of an exfoliate but it works well when getting dirt and day to day crap off of your body, and I love how you can wash your hair with it as well, it doesn’t really do much except act as a scalp massager but it is much better than using my nails to get my hair cleaned.I would give this a 7/10 :) Read more

The media could not be loaded.  I would spend $20 on this. Amazing quality and is so soft. Lathers super well and you don’t have to spend 5 minutes wringing it out like a loofah. I got this because I’ve had a skin fungal infection for MONTHS and medications and ointments aren’t working and I’m scared to use a loofah and somehow spread it all over, with this I can clean it super easy and not be scared. Just made the switch to a silicone loofah and I love it! Both sides are great for brushing your body and they lather up very easily.I will say that as someone who used to scrub my skin really hard, this doesn’t exfoliate as well as what I’m used to. But I’ve been trying to stop scrubbing that hard anyway because it’s apparently bad for your skin so this product is perfect for me. Read more

I LOVE THIS!!! I love the fact that it is not too firm and not too soft, but you feel like you are getting a nice clean in lieu of a washcloth, which I always feel I can use for one shower because #germs but since this is silicone it is resistant to bacteria and easy to sanitize. I have used multiple scents of soap and scrubs and this doesn't leave any hint of smell when you rinse it off which is also nice. I will def be using this instead of loofahs and washcloths from now on. Read more
