Besides it being a white box with roughly the same dimensions, the cabinet looks nothing like the advertised product (See attached photo). The markings are different and more importantly the manner in which the cabinet is opened is different which in an emergency could make a great deal of difference. In the advertisement photo, it says, "PULL TO OPEN" however on the shipped product, there is a latch that one must manipulate. And I didn't ask for nor expect the company's advertisement/800 number to be on there. Read more

It has the wrong latch and their logo and 800 number advertising is printed in big bold letters on front which is something we did not want. Received today; tried to setup a return, but their policy doesn't allow returns! Read more

The storage box received was nothing like the advertised (and ordered storage case). The alarm was not key operated, in fact, the tape holding the alarm inside the case failed after 1st day mounted on wall. No instructions on how to change the alarm battery. I contacted Amazon but they were unable to supply the advertised storage box.On the positive side, the box does provide storage for the AED with enough room for it and a small rescue breathing kit. Cabinet is good and works as advertised. Mounting properly and securely on drywall or paneling requires some skill. Read more

Received a plain white box with no labeling as shown in the pictures. Unable to return and will have to purchase additional signage to label what is in the container to remain compliant. Has an alarm but is not controlled with a on/off key switch. Read more

Nicely constructed metal cabinet. It's more a preventative measure for casual kleptomaniacs because it's not the Fort Knox of AED cabinets, but at least the alarm will alert anyone nearby of any shenanigans. Read more
