I ordered this razor and it did arrive in a timely manner. I'm a stylist and cut exclusively with razors. I was able to see and feel one in action at a hairshow recently and wanted one immediately!! None were for sale there so I decided to check Amazon.Unfortunately, this one is too heavy, bulky and very uncomfortable to use in my hands. The cord is too short to raise the blade up high to cut with, very awkward. On some cuts I like to use a guard, but this type doesn't have that option. So, now I have a big bulky useless heated razor, maybe I'll gift it to another stylist, lol.
