I started using the supplements to ensure my immune system is optimized. While I have recently switched from my previous brand to the Toniiq Echinacea, I feel as if I am now getting more substantial product. I don't take Echinacea every day, I take it when I feel I am at risk of getting sick, either from being exposed to other sick people or I've not been sleeping/eating as well as I normally do. I've taken it intermittently since the Covid-19 pandemic started. I usually just take what's available in the grocery store, but this time I bought this Toniq version, it's high potency being appealing. I haven't gotten sick, so that's the good news, but I also want to say, one of the things that Echinacea does is repeat, meaning it has a strong flavor that I taste until it leaves my stomach. Surprisingly, this one does not do that. I have no idea why, I was concerned that being a high potency, it would be worse, but it's actually non-existent! I found this company because I was looking for Bromelein, and now I'm happy with the Echinacea as well. I also have to say, I love their packaging. Back in June 2020. I came across Toniiq Echinacea because my regular brand was out of stock. I was excited to try because it was much stronger, meaning I would be able to take fewer pills a day. After a couple weeks of taking I felt my anxiety lessen and feel as if my regular inflammation had gone down. I usually get at least one summer cold and did not this summer as of yet(it is now the end of August). I really feel as if my immune system has gotten a boost. I really want to have the strongest immune system going into the fall/winter cold/flu season and also with everything going on with covid. I feel the Toniiq product will really help. I love this brand and I love echinacea! Echinacia is really great for the immune system, and I take it primarily for that reason. The capsules aren't too big and the herb itself looks good quality. I have to travel over 600 miles one way to pick my daughter up from her fathers twice a year. I have just returned from this long trip once again and expected to have the usual “ change of area” sore throat and runny nose that I always have. I took this product before leaving, during the trip and when I got home. I have no symptoms at all and my throat and head feel fine.
